A 1 hour Dance Fitness Class that consists of a 5 minute warm up, 35 minutes of Aerobic Dance Muvz, 10 minutes of Abdominal Floor Exercises, and a 5-8 minute basic Yoga Stretching Cool Down. This unique class will have you laughing and breaking a sweat, while leaving you feeling vibrant and refreshed. You won't even realize you're working out.
A 1 hour Boot Camp full of ABSOLUTE FUN!! You get a 5 minute warm up, 45 minutes of back to back Aerobic/Anaerobic exercises done in 2 round segments with a 10 second rest in between each exercise and a 1 minute rest in between each round before repeating the entire sequence to complete at least 2 sets of each round. Top it all off with a 5-8 minute relaxing cool down. Each Boot Camp comes with a nice little surprise! Are you up for the challenge?
This is a fast paced, high energy, fat blasting full body workout that will push you to achieving your goals. Kettlebells when used properly gives you the fastest results in the areas of strength, endurance, flexibility, and muscle toning. It combines the essential elements of core strength training and cardiovascular exercise. All you need is one kettlebell to obtain fantastic results. You will begin with a 5-10 minute warmup, pump up the volume to a 30 minute explosive workout, get down on the floor with 10 minutes of kettlebell abs, and bring it to an end with a 5-10 minute cool down of relaxing stretches.
This High Intensity Interval Training and Conditioning Class will take your body on a roller coaster ride and push it to its MAX!! It consists of alternating short burst of intense activity with short slower periods of recovery. This class will surely zap more calories and help increase your agility, speed, and power. You will also start this class off with a 5-8 minute warm up and end it with a 8 -10 minute cool down of stretches. You MUST be able to sustain 20-25 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at a moderate level in order to be progressed to this more challenging class. If not, no worries....we will get you there!!
